Alex Crossing has worked in the real estate investment management industry for more than 20 years with 14 years in Asia. Her roles have ranged from asset management, investment consulting to making and managing investments for major global pension funds in joint ventures and private equity real estate funds. She is currently the Regional Head for Asia Pacific within CBRE Global Investment Partners (GIP), responsible for teams in Sydney, Singapore and Tokyo.

She also chairs the global GIP Responsible Investment Committee. In addition to identifying suitable investment opportunities she also sits on a number of fund Advisory Committees reviewing fund strategy, key transactions, risk management, conflicts of interest and other governance matters. Alex has a Bachelor of Business from UTS, is a Graduate of the AICD and has completed RIAA’s Responsible Investment Essentials. Alex is also a member of the NSW Divisional Council, Capital Markets at the Property Council of Australia.
